well I played alot today. First I was running amazing and continued on the heater I was on. I pushed my bankroll to over 1700 at some point and my bb/100 was at like 19/bb100 after like 5500 hands or something. Well of course that isnt maintainable and the downswing occurred. It was actually pretty sick. I was seeing horrendous beats. But ah thats poker.
Tonight was ricks rehersal dinner, It was fun, I left early to go home to go to sleep but dad snores like a jackhammer so I got no sleep. Its actually five in the morning right now and Im about to put in another session at the tables and try and win some of that money back that I lost earlier. My plan is to play until they all get up and then actually try and get some sleep .
Last session : down 119.90 current bankroll is at - 1577.25

i'm in a somewhat similar boat as you (school, poker, tennessee, etc.) you mentioned in your first post that you quit your job to play poker full time, so what are your methods of cashing out while still building your br? like the blog, keep it up.
Well right now I am actually living off of the part of my bankroll I didnt put online. After a sick run in tunica my roll was down to about 1800 and I put just 300 of it online as I had 500 in expenses coming up. My account is at around 1650 right now. But back to the original question. As far as cashing out goes I am hoping to make enough in rake back to support myself. This will allow me to barely touch my bankroll and continue to let it build and just use the rakeback for the necessities. god rakebake is amazing... oh and where in TN are you?
I'm from a very small town, Shelbyville, which is about an hour below Nashville. I tured 21 back in january and made a trip to Tunica with $2k and stayed for 4 days. I didnt play much poker even tho the wsop cicuit event was there but I did decide to play in a $60 re-buy tourny in the casino we stayed at (the horseshoe i think) and ended up coming in 4th taking down $2.1k which was nice cuz i had lost all but $3-400 of my br lol. Yeah rakeback is a beautiful thing but I joined ft be4 I knew about rakeback, so I have it on ultimate bet but not full tilt :(. Anyways, I put $60 on full tilt back at the first of june and quickly grew that to $1.8k and then had to cash out most of it cuz I didnt have a job and had exspenses to take care of. Now i'm sitting on about $500 and trying to do things more consistent instead of playing over my br and relying on a good run lol. But I still have a lot to learn and I enjoy reading blogs and such to learn more about the game. Keep it going!
